Cool Roofs replaced our entire roof after a recent hail storm and it looks great. We had some issues with a flat roof area though and with heavy winds and rain ended up getting a leak, that was not even related to their work. We were extremely worried because more heavy rain was coming and we already had water coming in through the sheet rock. Jorge drove all the way from San Antonio — over a 2 hour drive — and had a crew out to our house the very same day to get everything fixed before the rain hit again.

He absolutely did not have to go to those lengths, but he did, and honestly he saved us from what could have been major interior damage. The rain came down...read full review
