Why didn’t I do this sooner?!?! Dr Manrique and his staff were so professional. They clearly explained the options and set clear expectations of the recovery. And to top it off they are the absolute nicest! I couldn’t be happier with the results.
So far my overall experience with this company has been amazing. I was able to get a consultation very quickly and they worked around my schedule. They were very kind, and informative. Once I agreed to the procedure, they got me in within the week. The day of the procedure I was in and out of the office in about an hour. I was seeing better as soon as I stood up from the table.
My only complaint or recommendation for the company would be better instructions regarding the aftercare eye drops. They give 3 different drops but don’t actually take the time to explain when to do them. My son had his eye vision corrected here. The first few months were a bit scary for him because his vision had worsened to the point where he was seeing halos at night, blurry vision during the day and excessive dry eyes. He was scared thinking this was a permanent side effect and he regretted doing this procedure. At times he was not able to get through to the office to address the issues. Every time he tried calling, it would take a few days to finally hear back from the office. Needless to say, each of those times he called he was able to see Dr. Manrique whom advised him his eyes were still healing and to give it time.
