I cannot say enough good things about this America's Best location at La Cantera and the outstanding customer service provided by Marissa and her team.

For many years, my entire family has purchased our glasses from another location. I have always selected the premium lenses, coatings, and warranty because I want the best protection for my eyewear. Last December, I ordered a new pair and asked for everything I had purchased previously. The associate reviewed what was included, and I agreed. Unfortunately, when my glasses arrived, the scratch protection and warranty had never been added to my order.

Ms. Marissa and Mr. Jake are always incredibly helpful! They go the extra mile to make sure customers are more than satisfied! We definitely need more people like them in this world :)

I had an issue with my online contact lens purchase. I physically went to the store at the Rim to resolve my issue. Marissa was very quick to assist me. She went above and beyond to help me with a resolution. She was friendly, highly professional, and extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to go to a business and be treated so well and have your issue resolved. It is apparent she truly enjoys her job. I really appreciated her and highly recommend AB at the Rim.
