Great Customer Service and the Water system we purchased was the best investment. We got the full package with the Drinking system and the water from the filters is great. No need to buy bottled water it taste so Good and refreshing even my Ice from my fridge is filtered and Tea has never tasted so Good. Over all happy with this system No more bottled water for me. Buy Kinetico you won’t regret it!!

Salesman was good but their service department blows. Left metal shavings in the sink after drilling RO hole. The reason for the 1 star is that on day two after install the unit began to leak. Honestly, could of started on the night of install. I have called multiple time and they do not call back. Now scheduled for service 13 days after install. Faulty install and two weeks later you will come see what the problem is?Update: 3/7/242/21/24 install2/23/24 leak noticed (called svc, scheduled 13 days out)2/27/24 Svc showed up and replaced the head unit (which was leaking).Svc will be providing first year filter replacement for inconvenience.
