I have many choices when it comes to where I can go for my dry cleaning needs, but I will continue to use Jack Brown’s, not only because they provide excellent dry cleaning service, but more importantly because of the employees who work there.
In particular, I want to acknowledge and shine a light on Desiree. She consistently provides outstanding customer service and goes above and beyond to make every visit easy and efficient. She is always helpful, friendly, and attentive to my needs. She respects my time, gets me in and out quickly, and somehow manages to do that while still making sure everything is taken care of.

Fast, friendly and effective - what more could you ask for?
After using them for a few months now, they remember who I am; I receive text notifications when pickups are ready, so no need to remember; the text lets me know how much, another nice touch; and when I show up, pay what I already know the bill is, they have my stuff in my backseat and on my way like it was a NASCAR pitstop.
Minor tailoring takes a little longer than I'm used to, but they don't do it onsite - it's sent out to another location for servicing. They always give you a predictive due date however, that - so far - they've always come in ahead of.

Deziree gave me such an amazing experience! She was friendly, professional, and made everything so easy from drop-off to pickup.
