Been loyal with this Dry-Cleaner for 10 years. Been with them throught 2 name changes and covid. Last month they lost a shirt, and tried to find it. I appreciate that, but today they try to give me a shirt, but not my shirt. No big deal, it was a cheap shirt, I can go to Walmart to get a new one. I asked for a credit for the cost of the drycleaning (they charge up front, I paid for it last month), why should I pay for a service that never got. She said they couldn't refund my cleaning cost because it has been more than 30 days. Never going back, I will have to find a new drycleaners.

Ruined my daughters $500 prom dress. I agreed to wave if they knocked of a stone or bead (which they did) But I did not agree to them ripping a 12 inch tear and 1/2 inch hole in addition to some kind of grey stain Across the front of the dress. When I reported it -they kept my dress and said they would call. No calls even to update me on status. I called 3 times to try to discuss with owner but Tiffany is apparently not there ever. I am a pretty reasonable person but after a week and a half I called and the finally decided "this type of damage could not happen while the dress was in their care". It's the only place it had been. $500 dress ruined. I am devastated.

The employees were very rude and unprofessional. I had been going to this place since it opened and had never had problems. They kept telling me I was wrong and the slip they gave us was not what they used. I had to show my payment receipt with the correct time and date and the clothes was not ready on the time they had stated. Worst customer service experience.
