Based on reviews, Jack Brown Cleaners provides consistently good service with excellent staff. The cleaners do not ship clothes to a different location for cleaning, and they recently removed a stain from a cashmere sweater. Customer service is great, with a sweet lady who is always nice and knows customers by name. The staff takes exceptional care with everything dropped off. The experience is always great with easy drop off and clothes ready in one to two days. There is an easy drive up drop off and pick up, and clothes look great.
Location is very convenient to my home and the drop off and pick up from your car service is great. My order was ready on time, confirmed by text message. The attendant was friendly and professional. I’ve been coming to this cleaner for two years now since I’ve been in San Antonio customer service is great. Is this one lady I think she’s the owner I love her to death. She’s always nice to me when I come in and she know who I am and that means a lot to me being a customer they can always get my business.
