The HomeInstead/Honor company has gone down hill. We have been using them for 5 years now. During the period of Jan - April 2023, we have been assigned over 15 different caregivers. There is a huge turnover rate of care givers. The big problem is that I can't leave when they send a new person for Mom because they do not know what they are doing. And yet they have raised the hourly to $28 an hour. So, I end up paying the company $28 an hour to train their caregivers.
Home Instead caregivers are hands down the VERY BEST in San Antonio. They are ALL very professional, personable and punctual to work with. My Dad's favorite care giver is Gini Bauer. She is AWESOME!! Thank Home Instead for great care of my 90 year Da.
Home Instead was absolutely amazing to my grandpy and was so accommodating and understanding of all his needs. His caregiver Chris was absolutely wonderful and brought great comfort and care in the final months of my grandpa's life. Thank you for your love and care to our whole world-my grandpy.
