Hard to get through company. There is no option to select to speak about my oxygen concentrators. The lightest option for carrying oxygen is super heavy. Had to go elsewhere to get one that’s light especially for people with her breathing problems.
Your after hours crew is to be commended, I was having concentrator issues not getting the machine to the setting and alarms off and on for 2 days called Saturday June 8th and running great again the two gentlemen were so kind and patient with me and I just wanted to say Thank You. Lisa Moseley
Can never get ahold of a customer service rep even after leaving a message still dont get a call back or response. when you do finally get a call back they tell you about the email with the forms youre supposed to receive but still do not receive anything my sleep apnea machine was on hold for four months due to the incompetent staff working there i should have never had to wait that long to receive these forms just to barley get the process started on getting my machine.
