Dr Patel is awesome. He's honest and direct. Stephanie did my initial eye test and is very personable and puts you at ease. I don't like the fact that I have to wear glasses. I don't like the fact that my daughter has to either, but those are the facts of life and if I have to, I'm going to come here where I trust the doctors and they take the time to explain things. I've worn glasses for about 8 years now and will always come back. You can get in easily and plenty of appointments are generally available.
Dr Patel is great at teaching on how the eye works and how medications affect the eyes. The man helping me pick out glasses was super helpful and great about giving me an opinion with what kind of glasses looked good on me. Great team work. Will definitely be going back.
Hill Country Vision Center has been great. This was my first experience with this location, and the staff really went above and beyond. I found a great set of glasses, and Alex helped make sure they were perfect for me. I really appreciate their thorough attention to detail and follow through on customer service to ensure I was happy with the prescription and glasses I received.
