Last night I felt terrible; my back and neck were in pain, and had been for a while. I'd never had a massage before and wanted to relax, so I did some research, looking for a reputable, no-frills place. I found the masseuse's website. I checked their bookings and saw they had no availability for the month except for the next day, so I booked on a whim, and I'm so glad I did! She was very professional, but also very nervous. I wasn't happy with what I was looking for, since I didn't really know what to do except to keep the pain away, but she seemed to be able to pinpoint my problem, and I feel much better now. :-)
I had a Vitality Swedish Massage and it was amazing! The masseuse used just the right amount of pressure and left me feeling very relaxed and refreshed. The massage was firm and powerful yet soothing - definitely a great way to de-stress. Highly recommend!
