Well Dr. Clay Gruesbeck's office is no longer. And I am sadden that he is gone. Dr Gruesbeck was my family doctor for 15 years. He was a great doctor but it was the other staff that he had working for him that were very unprofessional and unorganized. The PA Warren was a good physician assistant. I got all the medications that I needed. So yes I miss Dr Clay Gruesbeck, may he rest in peace.

Is this place open anymore. Phone number disconnected, doors locked with no notice on the door. They could of at least notified patients that they were closing down. I've been coming to Gruesbeck since 2005. This gentleman saved my life for that I will be forever grateful. So sad to know he is no longer here.

Office staff are sure busy but customer service and overall awareness is really bad. You can oversee first time elderly people come in confused on sign in process and good luck getting help or info from front desk. Besides that I had bloodwork done for firstTime visit. The follow up takes Place over the phone going over results. You get a confirmation and then supposed to be doctor on next. I instead got a confused woman asking me what my issue is and what’s going on? My call was supposed to be at 10:30 and it’s almost one with nothing. This is not a good office. Even if you have to drive farther no not come here!
