GO Car Wash

I’ve been to several locations to get my car washed. I’ve had my membership for several years and this is the first time I’ve had a manager come up to me offer me oh – wipe and air freshener. Not a big deal, right? It was for me since I’ve been going to a different location and had some issues with the tire wall over spraying my white car., The previous manager Wasn’t so accommodating, but this manager was able to explain to me in detail why this was happening to hopefully prevent it from happening again. San Antonio Huebner and Fredericksburg location manager’s name is Duane and I thought it was very nice of him to come up and introduce himself.

I go to car washes for fun & try to find the best car washes unfortunately this car wash didn’t meet its ratings. The vacuums had barely any suction, there was no towels & my car wasn’t even washed ( they open at 8am & I got there at 10am so the least busiest). I saw some cars getting the bug clean while I was there but I didn’t get that, I am not sure if it was bc I only paid 10.00 for my wash. I understand I only paid the basic but if my car isn’t going to be cleaned with the basic what makes yall think it will be cleaned with the other packages? Yes I have been to other car washes that do a great job with just 10.00

It’s a nice car wash.
For me, only left side tyres shine like they are waxed and not the right ones.
Another small nose hose for vaccuming narrower interior gaps could have been help-full as well.
