It’s a decent place for the price you pay. My only feedback is PLEASE replace all of your vacuum hoses. They’re poorly operated - not intact - and have some weak suction. It takes me bringing a lint roller to pick up excess dirt that the hoses fail to do. There’s a car wash down the street with same business model and they have well working hoses and offer windex wipes for customers and other features for the same price. I’m cool with just the hoses being fixed.

This is the only place I take my luxury SUV to wash. The entire facility is wonderful, they have towels for use at NO additional cost. Their vacuums are high quality and I don’t have to drag them into my vehicle and across the seat….there’s one on each side. The garbage containers and surrounding areas are kept clean unlike the competition (Bubbles) who only wants your money!The stafffriendly, and helpful. I feel valued and appreciated. I have interacted with 2 managers and both have delivered outstanding customer service! I

The high-end wash package did not get my vehicle totally clean. I still had a lot of highway bugs stuck to my windshield and a few spots of really bad road dirt from my travels. A little bit better scrub on my windshield by the staff at the start of the tunnel probably would have helped those bugs along better.
