The staff undergoes ongoing training to ensure consistent, top-notch service for their customers. One customer appreciated the use of compressed air and damp rags during the wash. However, they caution against joining the club wash due to unexpected billing and difficulty getting refunds for unauthorized charges. The team has shown exceptional helpfulness, even going the extra mile to remove caked mud from a customer's tire wells. Despite this, there are concerns about burnout among employees due to some customers who may lack engagement and overly occupy staff's time. While customers may easily post negative reviews online, there seems to be an issue with finding accurate information about the business's opening and closing hours on Google. Overall, GO Car Wash provides a good car wash service but could improve communication regarding billing and store hours.
I pulled into car wash and I was all jacked up from the floor up and Eliiah was patient, respectful, Godly kindness to me for my confusion. God bless for his customer service and kindness to a retired Soldier!!! Much love to you all!
I’ve been a member for almost a year and every time I go the staff is so nice and friendly, the towels are always stocked, facility is always clean and tidy. Highly recommend if on the hunt for a car wash home!
Came by today and got helped by Jacob. Normally I never sign up for car wash memberships, but he was really personable, respectful, and easy to talk to. You could tell he was a little nervous, but he still did a great job and handled himself well. Ended up signing up because of him. Good kid with a great attitude and customer service skills. Hope management recognizes him because employees like that make a difference.
