I spent $250. For blotchy highlight and scattered color. I have 2 shades of brown at The base on The back of my head. The lady was very rude when tryed to talk to her about what she was doing. She said this is her kitchen and me asking her questions is like going in someone's kitchen and asking them what are you doing. Saying how she would kick people out of her house color hair and all and spray them down with a hose. Made me feel so unfortable. I asked for my money back. And this is what she told me...First of all you asked for a few hilight a and color retouch ... olaex treatment .

The worst experience I've ever had in getting my hair done! Went for root touch up, I still have grays all over despite a second application. Charged me $70 with no cut or style. I normally leave a salon looking and feeling good, not this time. My blouse is soaked in the back from the hair wash, I still have grays all over. And I picked up my hair into a loose bun cause it looks horrible! She was correct in saying I needed a cut but I wasn't about to let her cut it after the rest of my experience. Can't believe she had the nerve to charge me full price! I was trying to support small business on this side of town, salon came with great reviews. Would never go back or recommend to anyone. If I could give no stars, I would.
