Being a fairly new homeowner still learning how to navigate home repairs, costs and reputable companies, we were blessed to meet our technician Wade. Wade, was not only professional but also a very caring individual. He was not only knowledgeable but knew how to explain what needed to be done to us in a way we understood. Our A/C went out during one of the hottest days this year. I called and explained the problem but unfortunately they were booked and could not come out right away. I let them know I had newborn twins and was desperate to have this fixed asap. They were able to squeeze me in (same day) and fixed my unit in 45mins. Man this company is phenomenal. Great pricing, amazing customer service, very clear on verbal bids, provide videos and pictures of issues as well as “before” and “after” images once complete, and itemized receipts are provided. Can’t emphasize enough how much I would recommend these folks. I have 3 homes and will be using this company for all of them, And referring out friends, family, and clients!!
