Gastroenterology Clinic-Sn provides a good experience overall, with friendly and patient staff and nurses. While there may be occasional delays in getting in touch with the office, staff are generally responsive and follow up on necessary information. The clinic's doctors, including Dr. Sirakos and Dr. H, are highly regarded, with Dr. H being praised for his exceptional care over multiple years. The clinic offers options for next steps and keeps patients informed, resulting in a more relieved and positive experience.
Professional and friendly
Dr. Martinez is the only doctor we found in San Antonio that had even heard of Auto Brewery Syndrome which my wife had for 10 years. He successfully treated her in January of 2017 and she remains one of the few in the Auto Brewery Syndrome Awareness Facebook group that has completely been healed. One of the doctors that founded this disease was on Dr Oz on Dec 2019 and we are to be interviewed by an Atlanta TV station to spread awareness of this disease!
I highly recommend Dr. Victor Franz Zurita, M.D. as one of the BEST Gastroenterologist in San Antonio, TX and the surrounding area. Dr Zurita is technically the BEST there is with an equally outstanding bed side manner which is vital in that he “listens” and never rushes his patient during an office visit. In addition, Dr Zurita surrounds himself with a “premier group of professionals” in his support staff, from his assistant Criselda, to the rest of his staff of admin, nurses and medical technicians in his Group’s EGD/Colonoscopy out-patient facility. This incredible group of experts strive to give you the best medical care. As a person with over 45 years of gastrointestinal issues who had lived with 40+ years of constant GI pain and can now say that I virtually live pain free, is all the validation needed for my strong convictions in recommending Dr Zurita and his staff as THE BEST GI Doctor and group for your GI care.
