I've been with Lone Star Centers for almost 1 year. Highly recommend. Successfully got rid of 85lbs of fat (so far) with their help. (120lbs total loss in 1 year + 3 months prior) Went from SQUEEZING into a size 16/18 jeans to a size 6/8 and from shirt size 2-3X down to a S/M As with everything in life though- YOU MUST BE WILLING TO PUT IN THE PHYSICAL and MENTAL WORK NECESSARY TO SUCCEED! Discipline is the key to life.

Some of my favorite people! I have been a client for short time and have already experienced amazing changes.
