I had a hair emergency after a different stylist at another location ruined my hair, Otilia allowed me to come in without an appointment and fix my hair immediately. I’m am so happy with the results and grateful for the customer service and knowledge Otilia provided!

Went in for a basic hair cut… no layering or anything. Just needed three inches or so cut off… total ended up being $75 without the tip I also left. I liked the job she did on my hair but had I known it would $75 for a hair cut I probably would have gone elsewhere.Service: Haircut

Highly recommend!! Otilia is a master hair stylist and master hair colorist. She cuts and colors with precision, is attentive to her clients, and has an attitude that everyone that leaves her salon chair represents her brand. I have been coming to Fonsi Salon for over 10 years and am so happy to have found this salon when we first moved to San Antonio. Otilia is a hair stylist/colorist par excellence!!!Services: Haircut
