I’ve been using this 5 Star Cleaners for years. They always do a very good job, the staff is very pleasant, and my laundry almost always comes back before it’s scheduled to be there.
Now, I’ve been getting a text telling me that the order is ready. Just yesterday I was running errands and thought I’d pick it up before going home but it was too early. I then got a text and was Abe to swing by without making another trip.
The lady at the desk is always very nice, professional and accommodating. Yesterday I arrived at 3:00 thinking they were open until 5. She turned the register back on and took care of me. So grateful! She’s the best.
This is a new location to me and it’s lovely! The young man who received my drop off was so nice and was able to pull up my account on the computer. It was ready the next day and I received a text . The lovely lady that was there when I picked up was so pleasant and asked me how my day was- which was very nice! We chatted for a minute. The clothes were well done. And- you can park right in front of the store! Lovely experience!
