randomly wanted some pokemon cards (havent bought any in 10 years) so i came here to gamble. i bought 3 packs and on my last one i pulled mega greninja ex card worth $350+ from chaos rising. best $25 i ever spent thank you
Probably one of the best customer service experiences I've had! I went in and immediately the entire front staff was trying to help my out with a replacement water line part my family needed. Soecial thanks to Francisco for being extra attentive, and really put forth the effort to help me. This place was great!
I needed some hardware that was missing from a project I received. After narrowing down what I needed, I tried to use the app and website to search, but nothing came up that matched, though I was certain that the store had what I needed in stock.
A short drive later, I was trying to find what I needed, and came up short, but only in quantity. An employee came by and offered help, and I told them what I needed.
