“I've been going to Rio Nail for awhile and I haven't had any issues but on Sunday a lady name Nancy did my feet and nails for a trip I am going on. She dug into my big toe so hard I had to tell her to stop. While she was using the nail drill adter sge put the powder in my nails she literally went through the skin on 4 of my finger to the point where they did bleed while I was washing my hands. Every time I do something and my skin pulls back from my fingers it's painful. I don't get a sorry for her all nor did she try to rectify the situation. I will be returning but I DO NOT want Nancy to ever do my services again.“

He explained the services they offer, the cost & how the procedures are done, and the pros and cons in relation to your health history. He studied my eyebrows & advised that a micro powder is what he would recommend. After he mapped, shaped, and sized how it would look, I was so impressed that I scheduled the procedure. The day of my appointment came, I filled out the required forms, and Justin explained more of what to expect before the procedure. The expert time he spent on the procedure and the teamwork he had with Kay (the owner) truly impressed me as they are very caring and made me feel very confident. “This place is phenomenal!! Me and 2 of my friends wanted a small treat and break from studying. My one of my friends wanted birthday nails and my other friend and I were open to getting a treatment but wanted her to get done first. We came close to closing (not our ideal) which is why we were okay with not getting anything. After finishing our friend, she took care of us and did our pedis. Also, she killed it with my friends' nails. I rarely get my toes done but I'm requesting the woman here again. She has long hair with muli-colored streak highlights! And she was very genuine and sweet!“
