“I have been here a decent amount of times. My first go around I had gone by they had just opened and a couple times afterwards it had been a good year or two since. At the beginning they were the new clean, aesthetic nail salon in the area but the techs didn't seem to care and/or were very rough. With that continuous experience I ended deciding to just stop going to them and found a new salon. Then shortly after that stopped getting my nails done all together. After some passing years I began to look for a nail shop near me with great reviews, I came across Venetian time and time again. However, with the previous experiences I had with them prior, I couldn't get myself to go back. Shortly afterwards, I finally asked my mom, sister and sister in-law where they always go to get their nails done and low and behold it is here with a nail tech named Jay. I don't think there has been a set of nails I didn't like that they themselves had gotten done. So, I started off slowly with dip manicures to see how the environment had changed and also because I wasn't quite sure I was ready to jump into getting full-sets again. I finally came around and made the last several appts with Jay and he has yet to disappoint!! From his attentiveness, technique, to him not making me feel a kind of way when stating a nail is a little not so straight, he's never once made it an unpleasant experience. Venetian has not only gotten better with their customer service but also, their colors & services selection are fabulous and damn near endless! Only thing I wish is that the online appt's were attended to a bit more. There had been a couple times I've made my appts online and they had no clue and told me I had to "wait for appt approval..." when I had made it even in a day advance. Aside from that alone, everything here is fantastic and would highly recommend others to come here!“
