Although I’ve enjoyed each time, and have even brought my family and friends. I’ll keep coming back, service is the best from start to finish. She was generous enough to honor the gift card, and I was able to book the Japanese Zen head spa with Valerie. Valerie ensured I was relaxed the entire time and was sure to check in with me frequently on water temperature, pressure, etc. I left Elite with the cleanest and most pampered my scalp as ever been and a few days later my hair is still super soft and shiny.
