This place has a great selection of tile and the showroom is comfortable. There are too many reviews complaining that, "No one asked them if they needed help", and that's malarkey. It's rarely ever crowed and easy to ask one of the employees questions that you have. I'm an introvert and I LIKED being left alone while I contemplated design rather than get hounded. If I had questions, I simply asked and they answered. They did ask once if I needed anything, if you are wondering.The bad reviews almost seem fake. ?
I went into the SA location today and had the best service from Angel. I cannot comprehend why there are bad reviews from people that “didn’t get greeted”. It is a simple process, I grabbed what tile I needed, asked for help up front and was treated with respect and provided quick service.
I am a local contractor and shop Emser for tile often. I've found their selection vast, their prices fair, and their personnel exceptionally helpful. They recently renovated the showroom and the result is BEAUTIFUL! Everyone from the GM Kenneth all the way across to Annette are THE BEST! Keep it up you guys.
