Shawn, Crystal, Brenda, and Edith were absolutely amazing! They were so kind, welcoming, and patient with both me and my kids. From the moment we walked in, they made us feel comfortable and cared for.

This was by far the best experience we’ve ever had at an eye doctor appointment. The entire visit was quick and efficient without ever feeling rushed. Everyone was friendly, professional, and took the time to answer our questions with a smile.

This location has the best employees, Brenda, Crystal, and Shawn greeted me warmly. They helped me quickly and are great people. Dr Urbina listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. He helped get the right contacts through multiple trials and he never got fed up with me! We finally got the right one and I couldn’t be happier. I greatly recommend coming here if you’re in need of a prescription/exam/glasses.

I’m about a six year customer and never had a bad experience. Shout out to Antonio Urbina (OD), for always taking time with me, personalizing my experience and making sure I understand and know about current and upcoming best options for me. Shout out to Brenda, Edith and Crystal for making sure my front office and technical experience is awesome and flawless. And last, but so not least, shout out to Sean, who made sure I got the eyeglasses I want and at the best price. You won’t be rushed through this office and feel like just another job. Highly recommend this business.
