To start off Sergio was professional, showed up early and provided terrific communication throughout the process. We live just outside SA and they came to provide us with a free estimate. Some companies charge a “trip fee” when coming outside county lines but Done Right Plumbing didn’t 👍🏻. We had a leaking pipe and once we got behind the wall realized what a mess the original builder/plumber left behind! 😠. Like their name says “Done Right”… did it right and we no longer are concerned about the faulty work done by the previous contractor. Oh they also provide military discount which always helps a little 🫡.
Sergio came out and fixed our leaking faucet, quickly. From the first call, everyone was courteous, professional and communicated clearly. We recommend!
Sergio and his team were great! 😀. They came out and fixed a leak due to a terrible plumbing job by previous builder. It was definitely done wrong by the previous guy but Done Right lives by thier name! They also revealed another shotty job done by previous contractor 😠.
