“I considered this a difficult procedure - two crown replacements at the back of a very small mouth. Dr. Sage was very calm, steady, and careful. The dental assistant, Vanessa, was equally attentive and encouraging. The two of them seemed to be able to communicate without talking - each once knew the scope of the job and what was needed from each other. “Oh my God! I cannot even begin to express how thankful I am to Dr. Heinkel and Chandler Dental. I had an emergency after falling off my bike while riding the trails at Southside Lines. I broke one front tooth and lost the other. In shock, I reached out to chandler and left a message and was so worried about my mouth I initially saw an emergency dentist, but it didn’t go as I hoped. I reached out to Dr. Henkel, and she saw me the very next day, on a Sunday, providing me with a temporary fix using my ortho tray. This gave me peace of mind so I wasn’t completely toothless.

Dr. Heinkel created a treatment plan for me and is referring me to a specialist for an implant. I’ll return to her to complete a root canal on the broken tooth. Every time I see Dr. Henkel, I feel so much better. I can’t explain it, but I’ve been through so much in my personal life, and I trust her with all my heart.

I truly love Chandler Dental and cannot be more appreciative of how they’ve worked with me. The treatment is still going to be expensive, and with my mother passing away recently and a divorce last year, it’s been an incredibly tough time. Dr. Heinkel is allowing me to save some money and make payments as my treatments are due, which is such a blessing. This has been one of the hardest years of my life, but I hope once my treatment is complete, it’ll all be worth it.
