We've had County Wide on a maintenance schedule for over 10 years and have been thoroughly pleased. A few summers ago, my son's A/C went out. They called their A/C people and was told it would be at least a week before they could get out there to check out the A/C. Summers in Texas without A/C is unfathomable. My granddaughter was little then, and his mother-in-law was staying there due to surgery. When I found out I called County Wide and told them the situation, I was asked for my son's phone number for them to let him know they would be out within the hour. They did just that, no hesitation, no back and forth just great customer service. My son now has them on scheduled maintenance. I can't recommend them more than that.
Ruben arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed the reason for no water in the shower. He luckily had the parts to fix the problem. The cost was reasonable and the service great!
