Being my first visit to Conviva, I was pleasantly surprised about the positive interaction I had with all members of the care team. I brought in my Grandma who’s been wanting to check out a class with Conviva. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the kindest and most caring gentleman…his name was Jared Garcia I believe. He immediately tended to my grandma and helped her walk to her seat and then educated us both on what to expect and the mission of Conviva. We then watched him tend to others the same way. Truly the sweetest gentleman, I’m glad Conviva has a hard and caring worker like him on the team. My Grandma had so much fun in her class and she mingled and met new friends which was a delight to see since she typically doesn’t mingle much.
