I was hacked with viruses, malware, etc, contacted Gilbert for help and within a very short time he had; removed viruses, malware. He was able to install necessary software to protect future invasions and price was very reasonable. Comparing the time as well as cost with "big name" repair facilities it was great. I rate his services as a "10", offered follow up instructions or any other service I'm sure I will use down the road. Thank you

Very thorough!! Gilbert got to the root of the problem for a very reasonable price. I appreciate the communication while waiting for completion, and also that my laptop isn't shipped off someone else (like some big box store) might do. I highly recommend CompuDoc.

The service is unmatched. Extremely fast responses with a detailed explanation of what was wrong and how it was fixed. Very knowledgeable guy with a genuine interest in his work and helping others. No doubt the best place in San Antonio for any technology needs. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. Thanks for the help!
