Carlos was amazing. From them moment he answered the phone he was pleasant, knowledgeable and accommodating. While most other companies were closed for New Year's Day, Carlos was willing to visit my home and repair my CAT6 ethernet cable that was broken by Google Fiber's installation techs. He respected our home by removing his shoes when he entered. He repaired my cable within 20 minutes and encouraged me to test and confirm my network was functioning properly before he departed. He also arrived on time for our 3 PM appointment. Great service, professionalism and communication. I highly recommend Carlos!
