Brought my cat here due to an ear infection off of a recommendation, and I do not recommend this vet, especially for cats. Instead of informing me about their lack of cat information and care, they gave her steroids and recommended I drive to them multiple times a week for ear cleanings (not mentioning each visit would be $100+ for simple ear cleanings and I lived 30+ minutes away.) After the first round of steroids and using ear wash, my cat never got better and her ears continued to get worse. I was in the hospital and couldn't get my cat back in for two months, and when I did I was berated for not bringing my cat in for ear cleanings (which I was taking care of myself), and they only treated with more steroids. Spent hundreds of dollars here only for my cat to continue to get worse and be treated like I was abusing my cat. Worst veterinary experience I've ever had at this place, very overpriced and corporate. I had to take my cat to another vet, and they finally prescribed something besides steroids and her ear infection cleared up within two weeks. Again spent so much time and money working with the Doctors here only for my cat to be left in pain.
This has been our vet for over 10 years and other than vaccinations and well checks we've never had any major issues that warrant a vet visit or make us "regulars" by any means. But I can say we have always had a pleasant experience here. Dr Izard is great, very knowledgeable and compassionate!
From the front desk staff to the doctors, everyone at CPHC is great! I feel valued as a client, and my dogs are cared for the same way they would care for their own pets. My only regret is not finding this practice sooner.
