I had an outstanding experience with Closet Factory! The installers, Amin and Honey, were professional, courteous, and honestly some of the nicest people I've ever met. From the moment they arrived, they kept me informed of their progress and made sure I was completely satisfied with every aspect of the installation.
Their attention to detail, workmanship, and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer questions, communicate clearly, and ensure everything was exactly the way I wanted it.

We had Closet Factory San Antonio redo our garage/pantry/home office and the results blew us away. From the first design appointment to final installation, everything was smooth and professional. Our designer listened carefully to how we actually use the space and designed something practical and beautiful. Installers were thorough, friendly, and cleaned up completely before leaving. Our family now has a functional, organized space we actually enjoy using. Highly recommend to anyone in the San Antonio area!
The entire process was mostly pain free. My install was delayed and communication wasn’t given until I called about it. My designer was great but she didn’t show up for the install. HOWEVER, my installers were absolutely amazing! They did great work and were friendly and professional. They used quality products and I am very pleased with the finished product. They were also very competitive with their pricing. In spite of the minor issues, I would highly recommend Closet Factory. If I do another closet, I will absolutely use them again, and contact the same designer.
