Geoff is a rarity in the mortgage world. I've worked for 2 mortgage companies in my life and know how cut throat the business can be. It's all about the sell. Geoff isnt. I called this past week to look into a program. and he was willing to give me info that convinced me that right now isnt the time for our family to buy. Could we? Probably, but it wasnt in our best interest and he was upfront with that. His insight and honesty was much appreciated and is why in when we are in a better position, we will seek this company out before all others. thanks for putting people first and for talking with me for so long.
