He made the process easy for us.After we identified the home we wanted,he acted with speed to talk to the seller and I can say that his communication skills played a huge part on our offer being accepted almost immediately despite the competitive market.we didn't even pay beyond asking price. For anyone out there thinking of buying a property I highly recommend James Willingham.

These guys are simply amazing! I worked with JC Rubiola and he is almost god like. We purchased our home in Austin and although the home was somewhere in the $500,000 range, JC got us a loan with 10% down and payments in the $2800 range! This is the 2nd time I have used Rubiola mortgage. My first experience was the same. Great service and JC guided us through the entire process. If we had a question, we called and he got back with us in less than 15 minutes. I hear in real estate they make money by referrals you send and through repeat business.
