The technician sent a text introducing himself. Another text was submitted when he was on his way to my house. The technician, Joseph, was polite, knowledgeable and quick to diagnose the issue. He also was very clean with his work. I will be sending business to City Base Plumbing.

Mr. Diaz was wonderful. He was very patient and understanding, (I don't live in the prettiest home), very knowledgeable and efficient. I would recommend City Base Plumbing and will use them again, if needed, in the future.
