We had Joe Adames come to help service our declining water situation in our house. He accurately diagnosed the probem, and gave us viable options. He assisted us to resolve the issue, and went out of his way to help us. Very professional, fast and efficient. He is an employee asset.
Thank you to Jackson and Preston!!! Very knowledgeable and feel we are in good hands. Happy we will be getting our AC fixed soon!
Scheduling was tricky, we were initially told our appointment was cancelled after waiting a couple days for service. But Champions was able to accommodate us after all and we are very grateful!
We had Brian come out for a service maintenance call Friday 06/05/2026. Service was great, polite, respectful, considerate and informative. We greatly appreciate that he was fair and not pushy, yet educated us on the best ways to get the most life out of our ac unit.
