The building is clean and well-maintained, with friendly, professional, and compassionate staff who are attentive to every need. The funeral directors, including Gabriela, Nina, and Taylor, are knowledgeable, empathetic, and go the extra mile to ensure a smooth and personalized experience. Olivia, Josue, and Brady work together to offer top-notch service, creating a comforting environment during difficult times. The chapel is beautiful, and staff members are respectful and not pushy, allowing families to make decisions at their own pace. Olivia Alaniz, in particular, was praised for her outstanding professionalism and compassion, from initial consultation to graveside service. The team is highly recommended for their dedication, kindness, and the exceptional support they provide to families in need of funeral services.
We were very pleased with every aspect of service provided by Castle Ridge Mortuary. From the moment the first person answered the call we were treated with respect, kindness and dignity. James the funeral director made the process of setting everything up as easy as possible, from insurance, ordering of death certificates and obituary to the flow of service. Hopefully we will not have the need to use the service again anytime soon, but Castle Ridge Mortuary will be our family’s Mortuary of choice.

Absolutely blown away by our experience with Olivia and her team at Castle Ridge. From the moment they came to take my mother from her home, the people here have shown such kindness and compassion. The facility we had my mother's services at is beautiful and very accommodating. We were treated so well it made this extremely difficult time a little easier. Those who attended the services have been complimenting how beautiful everything was. My family and I am eternally grateful.
Olivia Alaniz was outstanding! From initial consultation, thru detailed arrangements, procurement of death certificates, the funeral service itself and the graveside service--she was always professional and compassionate. She kept lines of communication open, and was flexible and attentive to our needs.
