If I could rate Blues Crew higher than 5 stars I would! We called and Jacob stopped by to give us an estimate, took a few drone images and explained what we were seeing; not the best news, but he assured us that he would explain everything each step of the way. Everything he mentioned that would happen did! His “crew” placed down tarps to catch the debris, covered the ac units, and went to work. And work, did they! Jacob has the best team I’ve seen, which nowadays, is kind of rare. While one team was removing material, another team did the clean up. We had some roof damage from a tree and knew a storm was coming. So after getting the tree trimmed we called Blues Crews. They were professional and quickly managed to repair the roof before the downpour. We’re grateful we didn’t have water damage on top of roof damage because they were quick and thorough.
