I’ve used these folks twice now and have been very impressed. Norma is a lovely pro on the phones and sets expectations clearly and politely. Both of my issues have been on Friday or Saturday and they were able to see me the same day, on time.
The techs were clean, explained the issues and solutions clearly and finished the work exactly when they said they would. No one tried to convince me to replace a unit for a minor issue and parts/labor were reasonable.
Blue Dot will be my first call for HVAC issues going forward.
Juan made time very late at night to come and fix our ac unit that kept shutting off. When I called and requested an emergency service, I could tell that BlueDot cared about our situation and that they treat you like family. They have secured my business for as long as I live in San Antonio!
First off, response time was super. Bas arrived early in the two-hour time window, quickly diagnosed the problem, and was on his way. To me it also matters that he was cheerful and professional. Another home run for Blue Dot!
