Alex is very knowledgeable and guided me through the process. She answered all my questions and concerns. She also recommended some amazing products. I highly recommend getting the lamination, shape and tint.

Nadia did an amazing job on my eyebrows. I had an eyebrow wax and brow tint. I haven’t felt this confident about my eyebrows in a very long time! Nadia guided me and heard what I wanted. She even helped me match a concealer. I am very appreciative for her and her knowledge. I’ve always hesitated going to make up stores but not anymore! Can’t wait to go back!

Alex is an absolute gem. I have been getting my brows done with her at Benefit for the past year, and she has been nothing short of amazing! Alex is always so kind and patient, and if anyone ever dares to screw up your brows-she will get you back on track! (That was obviously my case) I only allow Alex to touch my brows from here on out. I hope she never leaves Macy’s. ❤️
