My fiancé and I recently had a profoundly disappointing experience at this salon. The customer service was nothing short of deplorable. Throughout our visit, the staff repeatedly conversed in their native language while glancing at us, creating an atmosphere of exclusion and discomfort. When my fiancé attempted to ask simple questions, they were met with silence, dismissive stares, and a complete lack of courtesy or professionalism.

Paid $115 for a gel Mani + Pedi. Customer service was great, but the service was not so great. Uneven distribution of polish doesn't even cover whole nail, barely got any cuticle cut, top coat polish application uneven, and already chipping. Second time going, 1st time was decent and decided to give it a second chance. Not going back now.

Shoutout the two ladies that did my nails! I forgot the lady’s name but I left the salon so content with my nails! I HIGHLY recommend this place. And one of the owners in the front had such a sense of humor, I absolutely loved it! Thank you ladies 🥰
