The environment is clean and professional, with top-notch medical equipment, even though the building is older. While there may be some waiting time due to having only one dentist, many patients express satisfaction with their experiences and recommend Dr. Alex for dental cleanings and other dental needs.
I've never been to a better dental clinic! The long drive for routine cleaning has unfortunately gotten to me. If I ever have dental problems in the future, I will be back. Thanks for the few years I was able to tolerate San Antonio drivers!
I’ve been seeing Dr. Alex for routine dental checkups for 5 years. All have been consistently smooth! Recently I cracked a tooth, which required a crown.

Dr. Ionesco is patient, friendly, and concerned for comfort while doing procedure, which was very comforting to me. I broke a filling after hours the night before Thanksgiving, called the office and left a message and he called me back within a couple of hours and offered to see me at the office on Friday
