Could not be happier. Found the Taylor I was looking for and was delighted to learn it was 30% discounted to others. Arrived via UPS within 3-4 days in mint condition.

Only drawback is the very nice sales reps “office” was clearly in or very near the showroom. It was difficult to speak over phone with customers trying out the electric amps. Need a better phone arrangement.

This was the 2nd time I bought a guitar from Alamo. Both times the sales reps were responsive, professional and helpful. The transaction was fast and the guitar shipped to me in Tenn. un-damaged. The return for my trade-in was easy and my account was credited fast and correct. Jon even responded to me on his day off! Keep up the good work.

Wonderful place and people to do business with. I buy guitars and I have never found a more knowledgeable staff or friendlier people to deal with. I live in Washington State but they are still my first choice music store. Can’t say enough good things about Alamo Music!!
