I had first wrote a negative review in regards to my situation but fortunately the regional manager or director Miss Anna E or B reached out to me and resolved this issue. She was very respectful and fixed the issue like a true professional. I was able to receive a partial refund which was more than originally stated pertaining this situation. I am very thankful for this experience and it definitely gave me a new appreciation towards this insurance agency she even went to as helping me find a good coverage that fulfills my needs and standards.
