Wow! On a Saturday afternoon, late in the day, I called looking for an insurance quote. Miss Priscilla took my call and was very patient with me, as I know nothing of insurance. She answered all of my questions and got the perfect coverage for our vehicle. Halfway through the process, my phone died. As soon as I charged it back up, there was Miss Priscilla, with a text message to me, advising of her office number- just in case we got disconnected.
