I took the Lymphatic Drainage & Body Contouring class with Ms. Dee and let me just say… I walked out feeling confident, motivated, and genuinely excited to start my journey. Ms. Dee is VERY knowledgeable, thorough, and detailed in her teaching. The environment was peaceful, welcoming, and professional, which made learning so much more comfortable. What I loved most was how she focused on each student individually and made sure everyone felt comfortable, understood the material, and felt confident with the hands-on training. The hands-on portion was top tier! She explained everything in a way that made sense and challenged us with questions that really helped us think critically and fully understand the techniques. She truly gives you the tools, knowledge, and support needed to be successful, and even offers mentorship after the class which says a lot about how much she cares about her students succeeding. Her results are AMAZING and you can tell she’s passionate about what she does. I 100% recommend Ms. Dee and will definitely be back for more classes and training in the future!
Come and get it!!!! I booked a class for my sister and I. I can say out of all the classes Ms. D WAS THE BEST EVER!!!! Super detailed, Actually taught me more in depth than anyone else has. It was a 2 day training and im so glad I met her. She made a difference in how we do our technique. Her knowledge and technique is amazing. Im very greatful for her. On top of that we booked our body wraps with her and we were very happy with her services.
10/10 recommend the trainers! I have the trainer with the thighs and it’s great. The trainer gives the perfect amount of compression without being too restricting and the thigh straps help it stay in place better as well. I’ve worn it all day in uniform and I’ve had no problems. Definitely a good investment and everyone should try it.
