The technician was on time. We discussed what needed to be addressed.He asked about accessing the backyard which was good, but I had to remind him to treat the inside of my shed for the carpenter ants as well as the outside of the shed. For the amount of money I was being charged, I thought treating the inside of the shed would be a given.I also asked him about the hole near the roof in the front of my house and he showed me the product he used to deter the squirrels. I was told by Todd that the technician was going to use a metal plate, but the technician explained the area was too small for a metal plate.
