I love 9Round kick boxing! It is the most fun, fast and effective workout I've found. You don't need to know anything about kick boxing to start. The coaches are great and the gym is super clean and safe. I highly recommend 9Round Dominion Springs!

9Round is a great all around workout!! Highly recommend to anyone of any physical level. I am able to take things at my own pace with encouragement every step of the way. Love this gym!! Wish I found it sooner!
